Dollar after dollar goes in, but never gets properly documented so that if a catastrophic event strikes, the real cost of putting the car back together gets paid by the insurance company. As collector car owners ourselves, we understand the importance of our product first hand. Fill out the form on the right to get started on your on-site Cardiff car appraisal.
Facts about Cardiff
Officially known as Cardiff-by-the-Sea, Cardiff is a beach community that's found in the city of Encinitas. Located in San Diego County, the community is said to have between 11,000 and 12,000 residents. Cardiff is bordered to the west by the Pacific Ocean, while Encinitas is to the east and the north. There's a beach and a lagoon found south of the community.
Unlike other communities that are part of Encinitas, Cardiff has a zip code of its own. There are a number of spots for surfing found in the community, notably the Cardiff Reef and Swami's.
Early in the 20th century, Cardiff became a community that was ideal for raising families, starting new business ventures, and being able to enjoy living close to the ocean. Musicians were also attracted to the area.
From the 1920s through the 1950s, a significant amount of development in residential and commercial structures took place. Today, the Cardiff Composer District is composed of 12 streets that are named for various musicians. Victor Kremer, who had previous success as a music publisher and later a film producer, had much to do with the development of the District.
